Junpei Kōsaka is a second year high school student who despises cats and an allergy to them. He finds his high school crush is Mizuno Kaede, a girl who loves cats. One day while walking to school, Junpei kicking an empty can and, unfortunately, local beans neko-sama-Jizo (guardian deity of cats). He finds he can now understand what cats say, like a cat own bad temper of his family, Nyamusasu. However, if he does not wish to 100 cats, it turns into a cat himself.
